In order to prepare and submit a media accreditation application, candidates are required to familiarize themselves with:
- The accreditation regulations for media representatives at the XIII Latvian School Youth Song and Dance Festival;
- The regulations on order and safety for visitors of the XIII Latvian School Youth Song and Dance Festival.
Please note! Completing the application form does not guarantee accreditation. The decision regarding accreditation will be communicated within two weeks of receiving the application form.
CATEGORY SELECTION
According to the Accreditation Regulations, there are different types of press passes:
Category A press card grants the right to professionally photograph and film Festival events in designated press (photo/video) zones, upon prior approval for each specific event.
Category B press card is intended for journalists, editors, and correspondents covering the Festival events, upon prior approval for each specific event, with the possibility of receiving complimentary seating.

A color photograph of the applicant is required for preparing the printed press pass. The photo must clearly show the applicant’s face, facing the camera directly, without sunglasses or face coverings. The background should be light-colored, with no other persons or objects visible. The recommended photo resolution is 460 x 575 pixels, and the file size must not exceed 5 MB.

APPLICATION SUBMISSION
By completing and submitting this application form, the candidate confirms that they have read and agree to the The accreditation regulations for media representatives at the XIII Latvian School Youth Song and Dance Festival and The regulations on order and safety for visitors of the XIII Latvian School Youth Song and Dance Festival.

The applicant agrees that the processing of the submitted personal data will be carried out by the State Education Development Agency Republic of Latvia (VIAA) for the purpose of organizing the XIII Latvian School Youth Song and Dance Festival. The applicant is informed that this consent may be withdrawn at any time by contacting VIAA via email at mediji@nacgavilet.lv (such withdrawal will not affect the lawfulness of data processing carried out by VIAA prior to the withdrawal).
