    EENA2026 PRE-CONFERENCE WORKSHOP WITH VERISURE


    Cooperation between PSAPs and Third-Party Services

  • The following criteria applies:


    • Only open to  emergency services’ and public authorities’ staff. Private companies are not eligible to register. 
    • You must be registered for the EENA 2026 conference in Riga and have paid the conference fee to attend this workshop.
    • Seats are limited to 30 participants and are subject to vetting to ensure eligibility.
    • This workshop is free of charge, however no-shows fee applies.


    This exclusive EENA2026 Pre-Conference Workshop, organised in collaboration with Verisure, provides a strategic forum for PSAPs and third-party services to examine how cooperation models are evolving in today’s emergency response environment.

      Workshop highlights:

      • Enhanced intervention efficiency and safety: Reducing false alarms, optimizing communication (e.g. Three-Way Calls), and improving emergency response through Verisure’s monitoring capabilities and services, including facilitated property access in confirmed emergencies.


      • Advanced collaboration and information exchange with First Responders: Developing robust protocols, sharing cross-country best practices, and reviewing real case studies to improve real-time coordination, emergency dispatch, and response effectiveness.


      • Privacy, security, and trusted third-party collaboration: Addressing how sensitive data can be responsibly leveraged in emergency situations, balancing operational effectiveness with data protection, compliance, and customer trust.

      • 2:40 PM – 4:00 PM: Third-party services in practice: From early detection and accurate verification to rapid resolution

      • 4:00 PM – 4:45 PM: Advanced protocols and mechanisms to strengthen information exchange and emergency dispatch | (PSAPs and third-party services discussion)
      • 4:45 PM – 5:30 PM: Privacy and emergency situation needs – joint perspectives on challenges and opportunities

      CANCELLATION / NO SHOW POLICY


      If you find yourself unable to attend the workshop and wish to cancel your participation, please be aware:


      1. You must inform us by sending an email to kp@eena.org by 7th April.


      2. Registrations not cancelled by 7th April will incur a €250 no-show fee.


      PLEASE NOTE: that the registration requests emails will be checked on a regular basis and you should receive a reply within 3 working days approximately.
