The next EENA Conference and Exhibition will take place from the

15 - 17 April, 2026 in Riga, Latvia. 

Pre-conference workshops: please note, pre-conference workshops may take place on the 14 April, the day before the event, please pay attention to our regular programme updates and bear this in mind when planning your travel arrangements.​​​​​​​

Please provide the translation of your organisation and job title here in ENGLISH (does not apply to proper nouns) as this is how it will be visible on your badge

- Public authority (employees of emergency services, ministries and local governments, telecom regulators, etc)

- Private company (employees of vendor companies, consultancy, start-ups, etc)

- Other (employees of EU Institutions and NGOs, research institutes, universities, students, etc. 

A participation fee will be required to attend EENA 2026. By paying this participation fee, you will be able to access the three-day conference and enjoy networking with other members during the coffee breaks and lunches on 15 and 16 April that are included in the price.

Photos and videos will be taken during the event by the official EENA photographers and filming crew for EENA's marketing and promotional purposes only. 

If you prefer not to be photographed, specific lanyards indicating this preference will be available at the registration desk. Please request one upon your arrival.

By filling in this form, your data will be shared with EENA and the registration platform supplier (MITTO) for the purpose of organising and updating you on the EENA 2026 Conference and exhibition. You can read our privacy policy here.

PLEASE NOTE: that the registration requests emails will be checked on a regular basis and you should receive a reply within 3 working days approximately.

During the holiday period (24 December–4 January), our office will be closed and registration vetting will be delayed. Requests submitted during this time will be reviewed from 5 January onwards.

Please ensure you complete your registration prior to the event. On-site registration will incur an additional service fee of €50.
