    The following criteria applies:


    • Limited to representatoves of public authorities. Private companies are not eligible.
    • Only one participant per country is allowed.
    • Maximum number of participants : 25
    • Registrations are open until March 18th. 


    This workshop is designed for emergency services and public authorities’ staff, offering an opportunity to explore Finland’s advanced public safety systems and innovations.

    The participation to this event is free, however you must be registered for the EENA Conference & Exhibition 2025.

    Study trip and workshop proposed in collaboration with the 112 Emergency Response Centre (ERC) administration of Finland.

    Date: 8 April 2025
    Time: 9:00 a    .m. - 5:00 p.m.
    Location: Kerava, Finland     (    Transportation from the EENA conference venue to the PSAP will be provided)

    Agenda: 

    • A visit to the 112 Centre.
    • A presentation or small workshop by 112 ERC's provider CINIA on public safety innovations. 
    • A presentation on Finland’s emergency response systems, with questions and answers. 
    • Complimentary lunch will be arranged by 112 ERC.


    Exact location, logistics details and a more detailed shedule will be provided to all registered and confirmed participants later.

  • By filling in this form, your data will be shared with EENA and the registration platform supplier (MITTO) and the 112 Emergency Response Centre (ERC) administration of Finland for the purpose of organising and updating you on the EENA 2025 Conference and exhibition.     CANCELLATION / NO SHOW POLICY


    If you find yourself unable to attend the study trip and wish to cancel your participation, please be aware:


    1. You must inform us by sending an email to kp@eena.org by 1st April.


    2. EENA reserves the right to charge a fee of €250 (plus VAT) on confirmed participants who fail to attend without prior notification.


    PLEASE NOTE: that the registration requests emails will be checked on a regular basis and you should receive a reply within 5 working days approximately.
