We are thrilled to invite you to participate in #Disinfo2025 and to join us in bringing the counter-disinformation community together to exchange, learn and network.

Fill out the form below to request your registration at #Disinfo2025. Please note that our team evaluates each submission individually, so confirmation may take some time. If your request is accepted, you will receive an email inviting you to pay your participation fee.

The participation fee is based on your sector, as listed in the table below.

The Early Bird rate will be applied until 27 May, regardless of the date when you first submitted your request. The regular rate will be applied from 28 May.

Note that your registration is temporarily held for seven days following our initial contact. Your participation in the conference is only guaranteed once the fee is paid and you’ve received a final confirmation email. Please read the terms and conditions carefully before processing your payment.

Late fee: Please note that registration requests from 1 October will be subjected to availability. If accepted, tickets will be subjected to a total late fee of 150€ for NGOs and civil society, academic researchers, fact-checkers, independent journalists, and 290€ for government officials and corporates.
On-site fee: Eventual accepted participants on-site will be subjected to the late fee plus 30€.
