Students are asked to send a valid Student ID or proof of student status to balticearth@hereon.de.

The conference fee covers the conference venue, the abstract volume, the Ice Breaker, morning and afternoon coffee and refreshments, daily lunches and the conference dinner. Fees are incl. VAT.

Accompanying persons will be charged for participation at the conference dinner.

Payments accepted are: Bank Transfer in € or Credit Card with payment link that will be provided upon request.
All costs to transmitters’ charge.

Please indicate clearly your name and “Baltic Earth 2024” on money orders; a copy of the payment is requested together with the registration form. Hotel booking is directly through the Hotel.

Registration will be confirmed only on receipt of the relevant payments.
The settlement is required to process your reservation.

Latvia Tours Ltd. will issue a regular invoice for registration.

CANCELLATION TERMS

Any cancellation should be notified in writing to Latvia Tours Ltd. and will be subject to the following conditions:

- Before 15.04.2024: Refund of registration, less a 30% administrative charge.

- After 15.04.2024: No refund of any kind.
